I'm also a usually quiet, reserved Lady, who enjoys books, tea, baking, and movies! I spend most of my time reading one of my favorite books or wishing I was reading my favorite books. My Grand Passion is history, particularly the Regency Period in England, when Jane Austen wrote, Lord Nelson defeated the French Fleet at Trafalgar, the Duke of Wellington defeated Napoleon, and men were Gentlemen and women Ladies. I cherish the thought of being a Lady and love manners, being proper, and having proper tea. My favorite tea is Twinings, especially Earl Grey or Prince of Wales. My specialty to make is Scones with Devon Cream. I am a Catholic and a Conservative.

The Pride and Prejudice Site

You can visit the site for the upcoming Pride and Prejudice here.

It stars Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Bennet and Matthew McFayden as Mr. Darcy, as well as Rosamund Pike, Tom Hollander, and Judi Dench.

The site features quotes from the actors and actresses, photos from the movie, wallpapers, screensavers, and buddy icons, information on the characters, and a biography of the great Jane Austen.

You can also view the P & P trailer.

Pride and Prejudice will be released on 16 September 2005 in the United Kingdom, but we Americans won't be able to see it until 18 November 2005, when it is released in the US.
